Here Lounge brings East Coast sophistication to WeHo, offering mixed crowd, gay and straight, many barflies enjoy the lounges original frozen cosmopolitans and apple martinis as they recline on a sleek, persimmon-leather upholstered banquette spanning the entire length of the room. Here’s warm tones are juxtaposed with New York architect James Bartholomew’s concrete and glass design signature. |
The Factory |
Built in 1929 as the Mitchell Camera Company owned by studio mogul William Fox. Retooled during World War II as the Norden bomb site factory, the space regained its Hollywood connection in 1968 when Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack opened the site as a private club called The Factory. A rich heritage, spectacular renovation and ideal location make The Factory standout. |
Mother Lode |
There's nothing fancy about the rough-and-tumble Mother Lode, an old-school gay bar that's been drawing regular guys and gay neighborhood locals for years - this is a solid, friendly, and somewhat cruisy hangout that's a good bet when you don't feel like dressing up and dealing with the stand-and-model scene at some of the scene-y bars across Santa Monica Boulevard. |
Rage |
One of the loudest bars in all of WeHo, with a young, hip crowd, Rage has an atmosphere renowned for raucous dancing. Situated right on the Boulevard, Rage offers some nice diversions from the streets other offerings, with music bumping late into the night. |
Micky’s |
Drink triple. Dance double. Act single. Offers top DJs, a new chef and restaurant menu, Micky's is open daily for lunch, dinner and nightlife, plus now offers a weekend brunch. |
Fiesta Cantina |
A tropical setting of palm-thatched roofs and tiki umbrellas serves up affordable drinks and food. The Cantina, located between Micky's and Rage, has an outdoor patio and roof-top bar. Featuring Mexican food such as margarita-friendly tacos and nachos. All drinks are two-for-one during happy hour: 4pm-8pm every day and 10:30pm-12:30am Mon-Fri. |
East/West |
East/West infuses the sophistication and style of the East, with the comfortable relaxed nature of the West, and in doing so, exceeds the highest of premiere standards. And don’t forget about their Tequila Room, located around the corner, featuring great tequila tasting and seminars. |
Eleven |

Trunks |
With live DJ weekends, pool tables, Trunks is a great place to hang out with friends. Its sports-bar atmosphere features plenty of TV’s and video machines, as well as an outside seating area. |
Fubar |
The self-proclaimed “gay frat party”, with a different party theme every night. Fubar’s happy hour is every day from 5-9pm, with stiff drinks and highly danceable music. |
Gold Coast |
The Gold Coast has been serving the gay community since 1981. Live DJs spin every night. Throughout the week you’ll hear a variety of music from retro to house. Pool table, video games and the friendliest staff in town! $1.00 Domestic Bottled Beer 2 - 7 pm Every Sunday. |
